Turning project complexity into coordinated information.
Across the International Pediatric, Stomatology and Oncology hospitals, I led the move from conventional processes to a coordinated BIM methodology. The work connected strategy, standards, training and day-to-day project delivery so that internal teams, departments and subcontractors could operate within one consistent information environment.
